Shipping Policy

Flat rate shipping is based on number of items purchased and will be calculated at checkout. Items ship in 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Items ship Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m.-5 p.m. PST. We ship to the US and all US territories only.

Free Shipping

Standard free shipping is available for orders of $75 or more.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is not available at this time. Items ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Shipping rates vary based on the number of items shipped and will be calculated based on the number of items purchased at check out.

Delivery Terms

Expected delivery time is 5-7 business days after shipping. If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. Makeovercollections does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as "Delivered" by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.
